Link station is right across the street; lots of eating options within walking distance. Really fun coffee shop and lobby area for working, relaxing, etc. Rooftop restaurant has BEAUTIFUL views of the city. Very clean and comfortable!!

Bedroom and Bathroom was not cleaned. Dirst here and there. Even vallet parking fee around $60 per night(inc tax).

I stayed for one week and was greeted with reservation challenges and dirty room. Housekeeping “cleaned the room” on day one and left stained bed linens on, didn’t clean the bathroom and the list goes on. Won’t ever stay there again.

We love the Graduate and always stay at one when available. I had a few issues with this Graduate. My top issue was the noise level. If you are placed on a higher floor you will hear noise from the penthouse restaurant. We were on the 14th floor and the restaurant is on the 16th floor. We could hear the noise coming down the elevator shaft. The front desk provides ear plugs which indicates to me that I am not the only one who has experienced an issue. We were unable to be moved because the hotel was booked. The restaurant on the top floor is beautiful and the food and drinks are very good. The reason I stay at a Graduate is because I'm visiting a college with my high school kid. The hotel restaurant has strict guidelines - I guess it's 21 and over. They will let a minor up with you but you must be at a table and a lot of outside clientele frequent the restaurant and make reservations. The set up is so odd. You can't just go to the restaurant - you need to be let up. This did not feel like a place that welcomed the clientele is should be servicing (parents who would like a drink traveling with a 17/18 year old). I have not encountered this situation at any other Graduate we've stayed at. It is off putting and I wouldn't stay again. It is the only food option and we arrived late from our flight with most other places being close to closing at 8:45 pm. Location to campus is very good. Public spaces are beautiful. Bathrooms are outdated. I would not stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the University of Washington or doing business in the area. They have done an excellent job of restoring the hotel and using authentic Art Deco furnishings. My bed was also super comfortable and the room was huge and very well appointed. I will definitely stay here again.
